Daily Habits and Routines
There are many things I want to improve but maybe my daily habits and routines is the first thing I need to change. I need to give up procrastination. I need to be more determined, and more diligent. I also need to do exercise harder. Blah blah
I am also really not good at managing and using my time. Sometimes, I feel like I’m wasting the time I have. I know the reason is that because I’m lazy – super lazy. After regretting of being lazy, I was always aware that I could do A, B and countless other things. If I were not lazy I could relax at the end of the day.
Take an example, I like learning foreign languages. But I often learn half-heartedly. I could spend a week with 12 or even 18 hours a day learning my favorite language. Then after a week of going crazy about the language, I got bored, then I was lazy, I didn’t study it anymore. After a while, I went back to the beginning point. This wasted my time and really didn’t work as well as I expected.
Maybe what I should do is set a clearer goal for myself so that I will not give up on what I’m doing.
Remember don’t be lazy like me 🙂
