Day 48: The managers of the company you work for are worried about what its own staff and people in the local community think about the company. The managers have decided to ask staff what they think about this. Write a report for your company.In the report, say:
– how staff feel about the company
– what people in the local community think about the company
– what the company should do to improve its image.

Write about 200 words.We have completed our research projects with the participation of over 200 employees working for the company and 50 people in the local community to learn more about what they think about our company.
The results that we receive are very highly appreciated. There are 80 percent staff thought that this is a place having a clearly career roadmap for them – an environment for them to improve their knowledge and skills. They are improving themselves day by day when working in our company. Other 20 percent say that our company brings them great benefits, perks and flexibility. About the local community, they said that this is such a professional environment to work for. They saw many fundraising program from the company and they feel satisfied with that.
We suggest the company should create more activities for staff to participate in, for example: team building, sharing, orientation and bonding day so that employees can have the opportunity to connect with co-workers and also their employers. More than that our company should have some of our profits shared with the community. For instance, investing more in education or environment so that we can improve our images.
Besides, world spreads fast nowadays. Employees who have a positive work experience share it through their own social media channels and word gets around. Conversely, employees who are treated miserably or feel taken advantaged of also share. The way we run your company is on display for the world to see. Companies will want to do business with like-minded companies that share the same values.
