Day 50: You have recently had a class discussion about the importance of taking care of your health. Now your English teacher has asked you to write an essay giving your opinions on the following statement:”It is more important to be healthy than to be rich.”Write your essay.

If you were to ask people what they needed to their life, two of the most common answers would be health and wealth. To me, both are important and have a particular effect in our life. However, if we just had one choice, which is more important? In my opinion, health wins hands down.

First, there are health is to have all. Without good wealth, you probably would not be able to do things that you desire. For example, if you are healthy you can do your work better. From this point, you can get a higher salary and help your family not have to struggle with financial problems.

Second, everything can be bought except for our health. Health is a precious things hat God brings us. If you are not healthy, it will be hard to take your health back. Therefore, we have to do physical exercises to maintain and improve our health. Practice makes perfect and helps us have a better life. For example, a person who is bedridden will not be able to enjoy vacations in exotic places even if he owned a private plane.
Third, health is the greatest wealth that people have. Health is important as it matters to your life largely. A good health condition would give you many advantages than wealth. This is because you could get all money in the world but you would still feel unsatisfied. Not only that, having a good health will help you to achieve such wonderful things, for example happiness, motivation and intelligence, etc.
To sum up, even though both health and wealth are important, we should consider which one will bring us the best value. To me, being healthy will create much more precious things for me than being wealthy.
